Project 4 Ideas

Ok so, I’ve thought through a lot of ideas for this project, and I’m having a hard time deciding on what I want to do. Originally I was going to make a facebook application, until i realized how ridiculously complicated it was, and then I came up with the idea of using pop up windows to communicate some point / intervene on peoples ability to navigate around their desktop / programs. I like this idea, and (surprisingly) know how to technically set up this idea. What I would still need to decide on would be what these windows would say and the significance of what is said. But over the weekend, I’ve kind of come across another idea that I’m not sure what to do with. I was thinking about making a webpage, and all it would say is “loading” and have an image of a progress bar.. but never fully ‘finish’ loading. I like this idea because as an internet user, the most annoying thing that completely interrupts what your doing is when a page wont load or is taking too long. So i figured by making a webpage that never loads, it will always force the viewer into that frustrated state of mind, and curiosity of will it ever load.. and if it does what is the content of the website. Let me know what your ideas and criticisms, because I’ve been really indecisive and need to make a decision soon.
